Shipping and Payment Terms

A. Payment

Following Payment possibilities:

Austria and Germany: Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) and Creditcard (Diners Club, Visa, Euro-Mastercard).
Other countries: Creditcard (Diners Club, Visa, Euro-Mastercard).

B. Delivery Terms and Shipping Costs:

1.1 Austria

The delivery is effected via Post,
If your order totals 1.000 ATS (€ 72,67) or more,
shipping costs in the amount of ATS 60,- (€ 4,36) will not be charged.

1.2 Europe (except Austria)

The delivery is effected via Post,
If your order totals  1.000 ATS (€ 72,67) or more,
shipping costs in the amount of ATS 110,- (€ 8,00) will not be charged.

1.2.1 Europe (except Austria) - Priority

The delivery is effected via Post,
If your order totals  1.500 ATS (€ 109,01) or more,
shipping costs in the amount of ATS 150,- (€ 10,90) will not be charged.

1.3 Countries outside Europe

The delivery is effected via Post,
If your order totals  2.000 ATS (€ 145,35) or more,
shipping costs in the amount of ATS 130,- (€ 9,45) will not be charged.

1.3.1 Countries outside Europe - Priority

The delivery is effected via Post,
If your order totals  2.500 ATS (€ 181,68) or more,
shipping costs in the amount of ATS 160,- (€ 11,63) will not be charged.

C. Validity

All existing price lists immediately lose their validity
upon the issuance of an updated price list with a new date.

D. Prices

All prices are shown in ATS and EURO(€).
Invoices are issued solely in ATS.
All prices are final and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) required by law.

E. Claims

Claims, such as goods damaged during transport,
must be immediately reported to the transport agent,
in any case not later than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment through the transport agent (Post or TNT).
Claims received thereafter are not accepted.

F. Return Shipments

Goods can only be returned after prior telephone authorization.
