Vegan cruelty-free Soft Blue semi permanent hair dye with conditioner for direct application to the hair. This is a blue bubble gum colour with a punch. It is quite an easy colour to mix down to a pastel blue if you mix with the white hair colour. The hair dye does not contain ammonia, peroxide or PPDs.
Stargazer heather hair colour can only be applied to bleached hair for the colour to show up as expected. The Stargazer hair colours can be mixed to produce an ever wider array of colours (except the silver and white toners). A pair of disposable gloves are included for use with the hair dye. The Stargazer Semi-Permanent hair colours are not tested on animals and never have been.
For the best results use on pre-lightened hair, we recommend the Stargazer Bleach Kit. (Please note that Stargazer hair colour will not cover white or grey hair).
