Vegan cruelty-free White semi-permanent hair toner with conditioner for direct application to the hair. The white toner will take the yellow colour of bleached hair and whiten it giving an amazing ice-white hair colour. The other superpower this hair colour has is that it can be mixed with other Stargazer semi-permanent shades to turn them into pastel shades. The hair dye does not contain ammonia, peroxide or PPDs.
Stargazer white toner can only be applied to bleached hair for the colour to show up as expected. The Stargazer hair colours can be mixed to produce an ever wider array of colours (except the silver and white toners). A pair of disposable gloves are included for use with the hair dye. The Stargazer Semi-Permanent hair colours are not tested on animals and never have been.
For the best results use on pre-lightened hair, we recommend the Stargazer Bleach Kit. (Please note that Stargazer hair colour will not cover white or grey hair).
